Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy night in Derby July 2021

Funhouse Comedy Club is delighted to be back at The Old Bell Hotel, Derby on Friday July 30th for a night full of laughter.

Headlining the night will be the friendly and mischievous Paul McCaffrey, who has appeared on 'Live at The Apollo', BBC 3's 'Impractical Jokers' and 'Russell Howard's Good News' and has supported Michael McIntyre, John Bishop and Lee Mack on tour. With his spontaneous, exuberant accounts and genuine magnetism he captivates his audiences.

Support from the incredible Scott Bennett, widely tipped in the industry as on the brink of the big time; runner up in 2014 English Comedian Of The Year competition, Best Show Nominee Leicester Comedy Festival 2019 and support for both Michael McIntyre and Rob Brydon. This loveable rising star enthrals the crowd with his warm and engaging delivery, he is a Yorkshire live wire with an undeniable no nonsense logic, who has been busy entertaining people through the lockdown, with his 'Stand Up From The Shed' online show.

Completing the line-up is Julian Lee a Geordie master gag writer, who got to be runner-up in Leicester Comedy Festival's UK Pun Championships twice on the trot.

Compere for the night will be the calm and carefree, writer and stand-up Tony Cowards. His smart and hilariously stupid jokes, always leaves people rolling in the aisles!
