Also, launched on 8th November 2016, smoked cocktails have been introduced to the Missoula menu for the very first time. One of the hottest trends in mixology, the cocktails are made in conjunction with Funkin New Smoked Syrup which adds character and complexity to the cocktails that is unrivalled; leaving you with a drink full of depth and distinction. Four of these unique cocktails are available at Missoula - the Smoky Pineapple Daiquiri, the Smoke & Oak Clubman, the Big Smoke Bloody Mary and the Smoke & Coke Iced Tea and all come served with a handheld smoking gun - so whether you prefer your cocktails shaken or stirred, there’s a flavour for everyone!

The revamped food menu has been designed to cater for all tastes, appetites and agendas. Whether you’re visiting for a light snack, late lunch or an evening meal, there’s sure to be something that takes your fancy - the extended tapas range offers smaller bites to snack on, whilst the epic focaccia are perfectly suited for lunch time.
