Pcc Cancer Wellness Symposium Presents Adjusting to Changes

The incidence of cancer in Singapore is rising. One in four people in Singapore may develop cancer in their lifetime.

While this could be due to common cancer risk factors such as stress and hectic lifestyle, there are also many other positive factors such as better access to healthcare, increasing disease awareness and improved screening that have contributed to the rise in cancer incidence.

Even so, a cancer diagnosis can be overwhelming. It can impact many aspects of life and parts throughout the healing journey, from diagnosis, and treatment to survivorship. Come and hear from healthcare professionals and gain valuable insights on embracing, navigating and adjusting to these changes.
