hi. we have our documents submitted for fiance visa in Belgium embassy in Manila first week of oct. and interviewed again first week of dec. we're wondering what is the average processing time for this visa type..we are hoping to get married before our marriage declaration expires feb 10..does anyone here wants to share their experiences re fiance visa? thanks and happy new year!

Hello everyone! Is there anyone here who is generous to share and give some advice with regards to applying for Fiancee Visa? I am in the process of preparing all the things to show as our proofs of relationship. But I have problem because the chat logs are too many. I already consumed one rim of bond paper only for messages from Facebook and those e-mails and other messages from other communication apps like Viber and Skype are not yet included. I am hesitant because the embassy might not accept all of those and just turn into waste. Can you give me some tips about what style did you do for the proofs of relationship? I am looking forward to hear from anyone. Thank you so much! :)

Hi to everyone, I'm just new here.. My Visa got refused, i hand in my application last April 28,2014 and i got my result through the visa follow-up site last June 6,2014. I still don't know what's the reason why my application go refused for i have passed all the requirement that is needed to support my Visit a friend application. I am still waiting for the BE's email about why my visa got refused. May i ask, if someone know about making an appeal about the decision of the refusal of my visa? Is someone familiar about Remonstration letter? thank you so much, hoping to hear from you soon guys,..

Hi there miss Zarah, how are you? i am new with this, the reason i follow your blog because you are very patient reading all the messages of your fellow Filipino and your very helpful to answer all the questions, worries and problem they were facing for their Schengen Visa application.. I am also one of them, i hand in my application and got interviewed last April 28, 2014 and i just got my result through the link that i saw in one of your reply to the forum of fiance Visa. I saw my result through online and i got denied, i don't know why for i am still waiting for the embassy's email about the refusal of my Visa. My question is, is it a great idea to make an appeal? I mean send a remonstration letter as what i have read to some forum. If so, do you have any idea how to make a remostration letter? Thank you so much in advance.. :-)

hi everyone, does anyone here tried or who experience applying for legal capacity? just want to ask if the residency certificate needed to be authenticated?? i have papers aunthenticated already BC, cenomar and nbi.. and want other papers needed also, i wish to here from u guys.. me and my fiancee will get legal capacity next tuesday...

Hi friends, I lodged a new application this week and everything went okay. But i have a question in my mind: My fiance mailed the Marriage Declaration Act to me and I printed it via computer so I dont have an original one. I gave this copy to embassy. Do you think it will be problem? Should we sent also the original one?

I will like to help you but my case was a bit different from yours. But I can only say that if your file is taken to the Aliens Office in Brussels it can take from 2- 3 months until you hear about the decision. Did you call the Embassy? Usually when you submit the application they tell you how long will it take aprox. In my case they told me it will take 3 months and I got an answer after 2 months and 1 week.
I would recommend you to call them, take a deep breath, be patient and keep the faith. Don´t get anxious if they take longer, this is how it is but is worth it.
