Looking for a business partner for an English Online Business

Hello there! I'm Rian and I'm an English teacher from the Philippines. I am working as a freelance English teacher at home to students from different countries.
Here in the Philippines, teaching English online at home is a booming industry and companies prefer to have this system rather than renting buildings or centers and hiring teachers to work in the office.
Furthermore, we have lots of experienced and excellent online ESL/English teachers here in the Philippines who can teach quality and fun English lessons. They are working home based and they have their own facilities.
This urged me to make a step to let students experience a meaningful learning at the same time,help my fellow teachers.

So now, I'm looking for a business partner who can market students who want to learn English with our teachers.
Someone who has a good marketing skills or has connections or links to schools or groups of people.
