Traveling prague

I want to travel prague for a full week about end of September can you give me a good advices as a local I hope you can help me to get the best of that!

For example, If you know a pretty places around the city that is easy to get with public transportation?

Or a nice / speaical to visiting in the city
Good restaurants etc...
