"What an amazing experience!! We spent a wonderful evening with Sandra at Cook N Speak Rome, learning how to make fresh pasta and pig cheek, courgette flowers with ricotta, and tiramisu. She knows her ingredients inside out and has lived all over the country - adding to the depth of her knowledge.
