Usher in the Spring Season with Yoga and Art Fusion!

In this workshop, you will start with opening up the body with Yin Yang yoga then after a hearty lunch you'll be guided to find your own unique artistic expression to pour out on canvas!

Back by popular demand,  Artist and Yoga Teacher Robyn Saurine presents yoga and art fusion!
During this unique workshop, you will explore your creative self by nourishing your spirits with hand-picked tunes and rhythmic yoga movements. After a hearty lunch, allow yourself to pour into the blank canvas set before you or engage with your friends in a therapeutic display of artistic expression.
⁃ No artistic skills or yoga experience needed! ⁃ Art materials will be provided ⁃ Age 14 years & above ⁃ Limited spaces available so BOOK EARLY
A  warming lunch will be provided with fresh Chai tea. Everyone is also encouraged to bring a plate to share!

Are there any special promotions?
Yes, there are early bird tickets available until the 25th of August. 
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Yes, workshop attendees need to be at least 14 years old. 
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The Rous Mill hall is only accessible by car unless you live close by.
It is about 20minutes by car from Ballina and Lismore. 
There are plenty of parking options just outside the hall.
What can I bring into the event?
All art materials will be supplied. Attendees are welcome to bring any art materials they have on hand, and a photo or treasured item to use as inspiration!
All yoga equipment will be provided to the first 10 people who register. The remaining attendees will need to bring a mat, thick blanket and a bolster/large pillow or cushion.  
What's the refund policy?
A full refund will be issued if cancelled by the instructor.
Attendees can cancel up to 24 hours in advance and receive a full refund.
