Tony WarrenI want to build a beach front bungalow resort with a live music bar and restaurant in either Thailand or Vietnam in 2017 with several foreign investors. I am looking for a beautiful serene beach (that is not already over developed) with safe swimming, unpolluted clean ocean and good road access within a few of hours drive from Nha Trang, Dha Nang or other suitable location.
