I think it would be interesting to see the personal top lists of different people living in Rome.
Mine list is:
- Discovering the architecture or Rome. It never stops fascinating me!
- Afternoon walks around Spanish Steps
- Fashion shopping in Rome
- There is always something going on in Rome and there is always new place to discover
- Cuisine - Gnocchi di semolino alla romana and gelado are the best! :-)

Daiy, I am impressed by your top 5. Well I do not agree that the Italian men should feature on the list, but Villa Borghese and Trastevere are 2 of my most favourite places in the world.
The vintage clothes shops aren´t as good as they once were, but still you can get some very nice things.

1. Villa Borghese - I love spending hours looking at the Caravaggio paintings here
2. Walking along the river in Trastevere - there's always so many things going on and people selling wonderful jewelry
3. Vintage clothes shopping near Piazza Navona
4. Discovering the architecture - it's great because you never know what is hidden around the next corner!
5. THE ITALIAN MEN!I have not put this in order of preference, they are all just as wonderful as each other! My list could go on and on too
