Hi everyone...

Sorry but really i had a worst experience on that embassy! for 4 days im always going back to that embassy..and nothing happen.. i just need my passport to be stamped so i can go to kuwait with my husband.. like at 4am that embassy opens at 9am.. so waiting for 5-6hrs outside the building without any security.. then the filling is just between 9am-11am! only 20person for one day.. so others are sleeping outside the building just to be first in the line.. i hope the filipino staff on that embassy will be more considerate with there fellow filipinos!!!

medical must be taken from GAMCA. They will give you the recommended clinic. Results take minimum of 3 days. Depends on how lazy people are in the clinic. hehehe..

yes you are right, when she went today to the Kuwait Embassy they informed her that a medical is compulsory. She would be going for the same tomorrow, after getting the results she would go back for her stamping. Can you let me know how much time does it take for the reports to come back??

If that's the case I hope that she can fix her papers soon. Cause as for me, I took my medicals coming here with dependent visa.

@khaye my wife went to POEA where they asked her to go to Immigration Dept. In the immigration department they told her that no medical was required only NBI which she has already taken and got attested by DFA. She will fo tomorrow to Kuwait Embassy and get her Visa and NBI stamped. We got married here in Kuwait hence they said the requirements were different. I already sent her the Affidavit of Support and Parental Travel Permit. I'm Indiano and if anyone is coming on Family Visa from India then a medical is required, but it seems hat since we got married here and she is coming on Family Visa the Immigration Dept. told her that medical was not required. Even when she went to GAMCA they told her to go to Imm. Dept. I hope everything will be fine once they are here. Tahank you for your reply.

All family visa coming here in Kuwait must have a stamped documents from Kuwait Embassy. It will cost her 1K for each document, a total of 4K since you have to stamp the NBI clearance, Birth Cert., Medical Results and Visa. It will take 3 days for the processing.

    Dear Ate Shyn,
    Musta?
The same thing happened yesterday with my wife who is travelling on a family visa, when she went twice to the Immigraion department before they never told her about the stamping of the visa in the passport.
Now she has to go back to Kuwait Embassy in Manila and submit her Passport and Original Visa for the stamping and then only can she travel.
My kid is coming on visit visa so there is no requirements for her.
Now that it has been more than 2 weeks and I hope that your daughter has already arrived can you let me know as to what was the procedure and the expense.
    Salamat!
    Haadi

Hey, Ms. Khaye thanks for the reply. Yup he had a commercial visa when he went there. We're waiting for his company to process his working visa and as soon as they'll already done he'll apply a family visa so our son and I can join him. We just think that the whole idea of processing his paper will take so long.

In your case since your husband sponsored your visa, how long had you waited for it? Can you give me a timeframe or duration? Thanks again!

Did he come here in commercial visit? If so, the processing time depends on the company on how fast they will process the transfer of his visa. Its usually 2 months or so..
If you plan to come here in family (dependent) visa, its another thing. There are requirements from the ministry here that your husband has to meet before he can sponsor for your visa.

Hello po! I'd like to know if anyone here have an idea how long does it take for a family visa to process? My husband is already in Kuwait, he's still waiting for his civil ID and work permit. His company hasn't started yet the processing for these since according to them he should finish first his probationary period (which will last for a month) after which they'll continue to take care of his papers.

For Civil ID and work permit how long is the processing time?
Thanks, hope you'll help me with my querries!
