Move to Lithuania for a PhD

Hi to all,

I wanted to ask if you recommend to moving in Lithuania for the PhD studies/researches or not. I read many different and divergent opinions on the current situation in Lithuania, and I wanted ask some clarifications.
My studies are in Philosophy and I find Lithuania as a very interesting and competitive Country, I have seen that many Faculties of Philosophy and very valid center of research (much more valid and honest of many Universities of my original country, Italy), and they seem offers opportunities.
According to you is a good choice?
