Why not cook with olive oil?

You are absolutely right, Barbara... Olive oil is much more healthy, tasty and delicious than butter.
I think that most countries in Europe cook with butter instead of olive oil, only Spain, Italy, Portugal and maybe Greece too cook with oil. I don't understand that, perhaps it is so because olive oil is very expensive out of Spain or Italy... or perhaps they are not used to it, anyway, they're losing out, ha ha.
