Live and work in Los Angeles, California

Hi everyone! My name is Ana and i am from Croatia. I am 27 and i have a diploma in russian language and history of art, i speak fluently english and russian. I have experience working in a tourism sphere and in sales. I would like to go live and work in LA. I can't get H1 b visa because i don't have masters degree, just diploma, but i can get H2 b visa that lasts one to three years.But to get that visa i must first find a job in LA, California in a firm that is willing to hire me as a temporary worker up to 3 years. So can you please recommend me where to look on the internet for that jobs or you know some agencies in LA that are hiring. Thank you :)
