I am expecting an offer to get a new role in Schaffhausen - i have never lived in Switzerland before and have a few questions for those of you who have been there a while:
1) where is best to live in Schaffhausen or outside? I have 2 small dogs so normally looking for house rather than apartment or an apartment that would accept pets. What are the best areas to live in in terms of security, nature etc?
2) I am French and my level in German is quite basic - would it be hard living in Schaffhausen without speaking the language?
3) my daughter would have to go to highschool but like me she speaks English and French but not German - does anyone know if there are any good French / International schools in or around Schaffahusen?
