The most litt jouvert road march returns to Lithonia Georgia just in time for Atlanta Dekalb Carnival 2020. Memorial Day Weekend 2020 Atlanta, get prepared to overdose on the best old-school, new-school and small island soca and calypso chunes. All while splashing neon paint and powder on your friends as we jam down de road! Yes, we are on the road!
