STARTERS

(VG) Roasted tomato and basil soup: crusty bread (SOUP)

Duck, pork, brandy and pistachio terrine: wrapped in streaky bacon with toasted brioche and spiced pear chutney (TERRINE)

Prawn and crayfish cocktail: Marie rose sauce and crusty bread (PRAWN)
MAIN COURSE

Roast 'Shalford Farm' turkey: glazed gammon, pig in blanket, sausage and apricot stuffing (TURKEY)

Slow roast belly of 'Old Spot' pork: apple sauce, Cornish cider and mustard jus (PORK)

Salmon, cream cheese and spinach: wrapped in filo pastry with white wine cream sauce and dill oil (SALMON)

(V) Filo parcel: wild mushroom, spinach, leek and Feta cheese with sweet potato chips and ratatouille (FILO)
