Join us at our cooking class party: Hawaiian Feast: Hawaiian Loco Moco (fried rice topped with hamburger patty, egg prepared to your liking, and brown gravy), Haupia (Hawaiian Coconut Pudding) and Hawaiian plantation iced tea.

This is an unique class. No one in Vancouver teaches how to make this an unique dish. It is a meal in the contemporary cuisine of Hawaii. There are many variations, but the traditional Loco Moco consists of rice, topped with a hamburger patty, a fried egg, and brown gravy. You will learn how to make everything from scratch.

At the end we're going to enjoy together all the wonderful food we've prepared. The food is always made from scratch using only freshest ingredients and sourced locally as much as possible.
