Are you a K–5 educator? Register for this free online workshop about shadow phenomena.

Learn how K–5 students can work with shadow phenomena outdoors, indoors, or both to figure out how to change the size, shape, and position of a shadow. Explore how to create an experience for your students that integrates close scientific observation and creative writing. Participants will make and observe shadows outside or inside their homes, write a poem about what they notice, and engage in an investigation about how shadows can be changed.
