InspireHealth's Inspired to Move Virtual Fundraiser

InspireHealth offers free supportive cancer care services and classes to increase the quality of life and well-being of patients. Inspired to Move is a unique opportunity for the public to sample from a variety of classes normally available only to InspireHealth patients. The classes include meditation, 80s tunes cardio, yoga, cooking, and more (please see full class list below).

Since the pandemic began, InspireHealth has pivoted to make their programs and classes available to patients virtually via livestream. This has resulted in more than double the number of patients. As one of our largest annual fundraisers, Inspired to Move is a key source of revenue. Your support by joining us for a class or two (or more!) and making a gift in honour of supportive cancer care, makes all the difference.

Please join us and invite your friends and family to participate in one of our fun and engaging class offerings. All classes are by donation and modifiable for all fitness levels. Everyone is welcome!

9:30 - 10:30 am Strength and Stretch
11:00 am - 12:00 pm Mindful Eating and High-Protein Snacks
12:15 - 1:00 pm Gentle Yoga
1:30 - 2:30 pm Creativity for Well-being
4:00 - 5:00 pm 80's Tunes Cardio
7:00 - 7:45 pm Guided Meditation
