Who are these classes for?

We offer classes in the Heatons, Cheadle and Wilmslow, so think Stockport antenatal and a little beyond.

The classes are suitable from 14 weeks until birth and ladies can attend as many terms as they wish, helping to build muscle memory and anchor relaxation techniques.

All birth choices are supported and classes are designed to be suitable (and beneficial) for most pregnancy ailments and conditions.
