Sean joined the HelmsBriscoe team in May 2011 and lives in Wiesbaden, Germany with his wife. Prior to joining HB, Sean held various managerial positions throughout the United States and Germany with a primary focus on Food and Beverage Operations and Event Planning. His portfolio includes such positions held at the Renaissance Hotel, Washington DC, London NYC Hotel, Waldorf Astoria New York, the Four Seasons Hotel and Resort, Aviara California, Pierre hotel in New York City. Most recently at the five-star hotel Schlosshotel Kronberg in Germany. In 2005 and 2006 Sean managed the United Nations General Assembly event held each year at the Waldorf Astoria New York Hotel. He has personally worked for Mr. Gordon Ramsay at the London NYC Hotel. The culmination of Sean’s extensive knowledge of high quality hotel operations and his ability to understand and plan events, intertwined with his tenacious hard work ethic and passion for gastronomy ensures full confidence in his clients knowing that their event will be flawless from start to finish. Sean is solely dedicated to locating only the best location for his clients. His educational background consists of both a bachelor degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Pennsylvania State University as well as an associate degree in Culinary Arts from the world-renowned Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park New York. In his spare time, Sean enjoys running, playing tennis, cooking and sharing his hospitality background by teaching Hospitality Management classes on the Wiesbaden Army base.
