You can get new KSA visa if you have come on exit re-entry visa and failed to get final exit, only after your Iqama is expired. And, there is no 2 years entry restriction/ NOC policy exist now...

It is very sad to hear about your son. May Allah give him better health soon.
As far as your expiry of exit/renentry is concerned, you can still go, if willing, to the same compnay if your company is ready to issue you a letter in the name of Saudfi Embassy in Pakistan and they will extend your exit rentry...
Otherwise, after the expiration of your IQama in 2014, you may move to KSA the next day...

I got job in KSA on period of the contract two-years. When I joined the company and consumed 10-days my son got in serious accident in my country. I decided to go and got 1-week leave sanction from the company. My employer gave me Exit/Re-entry stamp and IQAMA with one-year validity which will be expiring in Feb-2014. Unfortunately I can’t go back due to son hospitalized.
Now, my Exit/Re-entry visa has been expired therefore IQAMA will be expiring in Feb-2014; and following condition are written on my contact:
"The second party shall not resign unless after two complete years"
"This contract is valid after the second party passes the 3 months of probation period"
"Period of this contract is two years and renewed automatically every period."I would like to know and understand whether I can go back KSA after Feb-2014 OR I have wait for two-years. Can anyone reply and advice me?

i would like to know sir what is d latest rules about expired exit re entry and not able to return? should i wait a long years before i can work again in ksa to a new employer and new job? would there be no proble if i will work in Bahrain after my exit re entry visa expire and iqama expire? i dont have NOC but i was able to finish my contract from my previous employer. pls help me sir i am really confused on what to do? :(

dear sir......my wife is here in ksa working as a maid(in house),her iqama is 2 years.she is from philippines.if ever she will go exit,is there a possibility for her to comeback even before her iqama will expire?and even she did finger print when she came last july?is there any problems to be encounter at the airport?expecting for reply..and thank you for considering my question...

i was in saudi 2010 and i came to india with Exit ReEntry but due to some problem did not back to saudi.
and i did nor pay my cradit card bill. now i get a offer from saudi.I am trying to pay my bill from india but i cant because i lose my bank details. i want to know if i will to saudi i will face any problem to airport.

u can get new visa the next day if u got final exit, there is no NOC required as per new labour law..
