hi. we have our documents submitted for fiance visa in Belgium embassy in Manila first week of oct. and interviewed again first week of dec. we're wondering what is the average processing time for this visa type..we are hoping to get married before our marriage declaration expires feb 10..does anyone here wants to share their experiences re fiance visa? thanks and happy new year!

uhhmmmm!!! palapit ng palapit na ang result... huhuhuhu!!!As it's been 1 month since we lodged our application. one week more.. I guess next week meron ng result... Yes, I am planning to take Etihad as this is a cheaper than the other company airlines.

Till Sept 22, you could apply for a staying permit as a partner of a Belgian/EC citizen WITHIN Belgium, if you came with a C visa.Now you have to apply for a D visa in your own country.

Tourist Visa application is matter of preparation, and have all proof necessary that you need to go back to ur home country.
From Sept 22 it is no longer possible to apply in Belgium for a family reunification[with a Belgian citizen],you must apply for D visa in your own country

my bf income might not be the problem since he is earning more than that, maybe for some other reason,,, i need to get that paper yet from the embassy,,,like they say its case to case basis,,, its just frustrating on the 1st day when we heard about it but i'm a little busy too so it didnt really affect me,,, anyway since i cant go to Be my bf will be the one to come and visit me again here in Phili and probably try again next year after my graduation.
dont be nervous guys,,, just keep on believing, my case is different from yours so dont lose hope,,,

No, you are wrong about income; 120% of Belgian leefloon is for 2 persons about 1210 nett.;

Nabanggit lang kasi yon ng BF ko na mataas na stardard ng mag sponsor Visa ngayon parang more than 1000+ Euro a monthly net income na kasi dati dba 800 Euro lang d ako sure if ok na ba yon kasi last January lang ata yon binanggit ng fiancee ko asked ko mamaya sa kanya kung final LAW naba yon.
