moving to Burkina Faso

I may be moving to ougadougou in a few weeks and needed to know more about the culture, housing, cost of living, education for children and so on. Any idea?

  are evenings during the months of November to January chilly in Burkina Faso? Do people require heating to stay comfortable in the evenings? Or is the temperature usually pleasant during a winter night?
