hi guys my TRV visa expiring this month 30th Aug and i'm worried about renewal because of the situation in Cebu. i cant travel to manila for submission my file and Cebu immigration also not accepting the file they said i must fly to manila. can anyone advice if immigration will consider the over stay for few days due to Covid pandemic. i don't have any travel documents yet and if i travel to manila for 2 days to submit my file do i have to quarantine for 14 day in manila? i will appreciate your help.
