Hi,
I'm new to this forum but am looking for advise please. We are going to Gois on 13th August 2021 to view a property. The Estate Agent and builder are meeting us there. It is a cheap property and the estate agent says it needs 10,000 euros spent on it which is ok. Do i need a surveyor as well? We are on a tight budget and if there is anything else which is not picked up, we would have difficulty budgeting for it. There is no heating and the house has been empty for 20 years.
Any advise much appreciated.
