i applied for family visit visa on 19/03/2014.along with the paper which i got it from istiqdam after submitting the required documents for family visit visa. but till now the status in online is تم استلام الطلب .last week i went to mofa they said 1 week but after 1 week the status same as before . please if any help me or advice in the mentioned subject.
