Before you apply visa issued by the immigrants, keep a check on few things, like guardianship of the child must be addressed and approved clearly on the papers by both, your country and Saudi Embassy and Foreign Ministry. You also have to specifically mention on a letter that the child will be raised by his stepfather. Talk to agents, they’ll be able to help you thoroughly on it.
