Breathwork - Saturday Evening, Double Breathing!

Working with breathing together, let's explore what is present, what is ready to be untied and released with gratitude and love.
A small experimental playshop where we hold two group breathwork sessions to work with where you find yourself.
This event is free, however, if you want to, donations are gratefully accepted.
Bring:

A yoga mat to lie on
A cover to keep you warm
Wear loose clothing
A question/situation/issue to work with
