Decorators' Show House and Gardens Before Tour

Interior Designers and Landscape Architects are working to transform this elegant residence located in Northern Estates on the westside of Indianapolis.

Be sure to tour this beautiful 1927 home this Fall, before its transformation this Winter. The Before Tour will be the weekend of October 28th and 29th, 2023. This year's show house will be held from April 27, 2024 - May 12, 2024.

Touring the historic "Sylvan House at Northern Estates" will help St. Margaret's Hospital Guild meet their goal of raising $1 million dollars for the John and Kathy Ackerman Mental Health Professional Development Center at Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center.
