Fiber Market Day

High Desert Wool Growers is sponsoring the 23rd Annual Fiber Market Day, sharing the love of natural fibers and all of their artistic and practical uses! COVID precautions with masks and distancing apply; thank you! There will be demonstrations and sales of raw to finished products from wool, alpaca, mohair and more from central Oregon and beyond, supplies and tools for all of the fiber arts such as spinning, weaving, felting, and rug making, etc. Fiber animal producers, local fiber artists, fiber mills, and more are scheduled! There will be raffles at various times throughout the day, a spinning circle, and the Jill Pot contest of best fleece on the animal chosen by an experienced spinner. Family friendly event! Located on the fairgrounds, south end by parking lot A, in the High Desert Activity Center, with both indoor and outdoor vendors.
