METAMORPHOSIS, THE TEN31 DANCE COMPANY, presents a streaming virtual dance concert on New Year's Eve December 31, 2020
The concert is a retrospective on works created over the past six years, many never seen by the general public, and will be shared free to the community.

PAWTUCKET, RI (DECEMBER XX, 2020) - Rhode Island-based TEN31 Productions, Inc. will host a virtual dance concert, free of charge for the community. The Concert will feature works by their dance company, Metamorphosis (MDC)- on Thursday, December 31 at 8:00pm.

The project will be filmed at TEN31's Studio space, REVEL Factory by local videographer, Montage Media and was made possible by the Rhode Island Commerce HArT ESR Activity Grant. The project goal is to offer a safe, virtual artistic experience for the community as we celebrate the arrival of 2021.

Running approximate 45 minutes in length, the Dance Concert features six pieces. The work, originally conceived for private special events, is heavily thematic with an emphasis on costuming and storytelling.

Alicia Wilder, Choreographer and Dance Company Director at TEN31|Metamorphosis, a Providence native and graduate of Rhode Island College (‘10) where she earned a B.A. in Dance and a Minor in Theater. She has been with TEN31 since June 2010 and launched MDC in the Summer of 2014. Alicia is an active member of the New England arts community, believes that dance is for all, and is grateful for any opportunity she has to share its spiritual, cultural, and community building aspects.
