Virtual Fund-a-Thon For The New River Abortion Access Fund

Beginning in March and ending May 1, Fund-a-Thon is the annual event where community members come together to raise money for local abortion funds. This year, the New River Abortion Access Fund has a goal of $20,000. So let's fund some abortions! We can only do it with your help. Register for #FThon21 and make abortion access a reality for everyone.

Become an individual fundraiser, organize your friends and start a team, or donate at fund.nnaf.org/nraaf. We'll be giving out prizes throughout the season for most donations raised, most individual donors, and other fundraising categories. On April 22, we will celebrate the culmination of our Fund-a-Thon season on Facebook Live. The event will feature sex ed bingo, raffle giveaways, and live music, including local folk singer-songwriter Ash Devine. What are some of the raffle prizes, you ask? We're giving away abortion fund swag, t-shirts, gift cards, sex-positive art from Pleasure Pie's shop on Etsy, signed copies of Handbook For A Post-Roe America, and original artwork by Jacki Lemon of Sweet Appalachia Tattoo in Blacksburg, VA.

Sign up or donate to Fund-a-Thon to receive an invite to the virtual event: fund.nnaf.org/nraaf. All donors and fundraisers are invited to attend our virtual party and benefit show. Suggested donation for admission: $10-20. Contributors who donate at least $20 prior to the event will receive a ticket for entry into the Tier 1 level raffle. All contributors who donate at least $50 will receive a ticket for Tier 1 and Tier 2 level raffles. Winners will be drawn on April 22, 2021.
