Hey everyone, I’ve been struggling with alcohol for a while now, and it’s reached a point where I know I need help. I’m not sure about doing inpatient rehab because I don’t want to completely step away from my life, so I’m thinking about outpatient options. I found Pacific Interventions, and their program seems flexible, which is what I’m looking for. Has anyone gone through outpatient treatment for alcohol addiction? Did it help you in the long run? I’d love to hear about your experiences and whether you found it supportive enough for recovery.
