Accurately depicting the music and sound of the Grateful Dead, the Deadlocks have built a strong regional following while bringing together both longtime Grateful Dead fans and music aficionados through engaging and intricate music. Their concerts are each unique, and bring the party.

The Deadlocks are celebrating their 12th year together in 2021. On July 30, 2009 The Deadlocks played their Inaugural show after Music on Main at The Knotty Pine. Since then, the band has gained exposure and fans through various high-profile events throughout the region. Highlights include the production of the Downtown Shakedown on the Town Square in 2011, Save the Hoback Benefit at the Center for the Arts, and Targheefest. The Deadlocks were one of the first bands to perform in The Pink Garter Theater when owner Dom Gagliardi first opened the venue on New Years' Eve 2012.

Over the last year, The Deadlocks have been busy, hosting the "Spring Fling" at the late Bar J Chuckwagon property supporting the Teton Music School, an outdoor festival at the Spud Drive-In with Sneaky Pete, and returned to the Knotty Pine for the first time in a decade at the beginning of the summer. The band hosted a retreat in Kauai over Memorial Day weekend at the Kauai Beach Resort, offering the musicians a chance to develop their repertoire.
