Brazilian Citizenship for Palestinian residents in Brazil

I am a Palestinian holding Palestinian Authority Passport and I don't have Palestinian ID.
Meanwhile, I am holding Permanent Residency in Brazil based on Brazilian child.

When can I apply for the citizenship?
