Can Driving License centre be changed between the process?

I live in Heidelberg and want to register here for German Driving License. But I think within four months, I'll probably move to St. Leon Rot. Is it necessary that I go back to the Heidelberg center even when I move or can I continue the process from St. Leon Rot?
