Hello guys,
Could someone please tell me why only a 6 month contract is given to start with for new jobs. They say that the contract is renewable after then.
Is there something that I am missing? Do they usually renew after 6 months or is this a way to let staff go legally before they have to start giving full benefits to the job?
Any advice would be great
