Hi there.
We will be relocating to Puebla city within a month or two. Can anyone provide a few tips on the best economical and safe neighborhoods in the city? If there are areas outside of the city that are good, we are interested in those too. Also, information on rental agencies would be fantastic. Thanks for any help you can offer.
