Hey everyone,
Curious to hear your thoughts — has anyone here tried using AI for job interviews recently?
I did a one-way AI video interview last month and it felt so strange. No human on the other side, just me, a countdown timer, and pre-recorded questions. I get that it saves companies time, but it also felt super impersonal. The AI was supposedly analyzing my tone, expressions, and word choice... like, how does that even work fairly?
I’ve been reading more about using AI for job interviews, and apparently, it's becoming the standard now — especially for large companies that need to filter applicants fast. Tools like LockedIn AI and HireVue seem to be leading the charge.
Would love to hear from others:
How do you prepare for these AI-driven interviews?
Any tips to make sure your personality actually comes through?
Do you think AI is a fair judge?
Let’s share strategies and help each other navigate this strange new hiring world!
