i studied a semester in berkeley last fall with a j-1 visa and i met a girl who i started a relationship with. in february i went back italy, my country to graduate and now i'd like to go back in the US and find a job.
how does it work if i go back there with a tourism visa for up to three months an then there i get married? will i be able to find a job? or better will i be authorized to work in the US right after the wedding? if not what should i do?
