A Coal Miner's Story

A train ride where a living history of a local coal miner will be portrayed as well as the harsh life of a miner. Visitors will be given information regarding the operation and conditions of the coal mines in areas of eastern and southern Ohio, now known as the Little Cities of Black Diamonds. All visitors will receive a “diamond in the rough.” The story will be told by well-known railfan and rail historian Dave Adair from Cambridge, OH. Dave is always a friendly miner. Some funny stories some poignant stories. Train ride will be 45 minutes long. Train leaves on the hour 12 noon to 4pm.
