Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy Night in Swadlincote January 2024

Funhouse Comedy Club, brings more fun and laughter to The Mount Pleasant Inn, Swadlincote on Tuesday January 30th.

Topping the bill is the very lively and genial Gerry K, a 2023 finalist in the prestigious British Comedian of the Year competition. Having performed stand-up all over the world he still found time to fit in some TV appearances and you may recognise his face from TV’s ‘The Bill’ and ‘FHM Comedy Heroes’. His humorous stories and factual tales are told with a ‘twinkle in the eyes’ and leave his audiences crying with laughter.

Opening the night will be David Eagle, winner of 2018's Nottingham Comedy Festival New Comedian Of The Year and member of three-time BBC Radio 2 Folk Award winning band The Young’uns with his various side-splitting-stories about being blind.

Completing the line-up is Scottish funnyman Kevin Daniel one of the fastest rising stars on the Midlands circuit with hilarious, relatable material going down a storm at clubs across the region. His commanding stage presence, exquisite storytelling and quips aplenty always leaves the crowd wanting more.

Compere for the night the cheeky and friendly Stevie Gray with his boundless energy and mix of news and comedy.
