Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy Night in Willington, Derbyshire December 2023

Funhouse Comedy Club returns to The Dragon, Willington on Thursday December 28th for more fun and laughter.

Topping the bill is comedian, writer, radio broadcaster and TV presenter Nick Page, a semi-finalist on 'Britain's Got Talent' and winner of English Comedian of the Year 2017. The seemingly indestructible, larger than life, award winning English comic, whose life is a series of disasters, somehow turning into unlikely triumphs. No gimmicks, no PowerPoint, no props and no flipcharts. Just stories and belly laughs, he is a master of his art.

Opening the night will be Irish comedian Martin Mor. Starting out as a circus entertainer he then decided to turn to stand-up. Having supported Frankie Boyle, Jack Dee, Lee Evans, Jasper Carrot, Patrick Kielty, Johnny Vegas, Steve Coogan, and once Tina Turner on Tour he is one of the most popular and well-travelled comics on the circuit. His fiery insults often directed at audience members, are accepted with laughter when delivered by this gentle giant of a man.

Completing the line-up is Jules O'Brian, shortlisted for Funny Women 2021, she enjoys telling anyone who will listen about ageing disgracefully, body hang-ups, parenting, and dating all done with a twinkle in her eye.

Compere for the night is the positive, amiable and amusing Dave Bryon.
