6:00 pm OUTCRY auction for PIES (and other goodies!)
You will sign up for a bid number sign when you arrive.
Our auctioneer will highlight the dessert up for bid
and keep things moving. Simply hold up the bid sign
to try and buy a pie at the price you like! The highest bidder
will be recorded and the pie immediately delivered to winner.

SILENT AUCTION
There will be tables with Bid Sheets for many items and gift cards/certificates that have been donated by local businesses, church members and school families. All tables will be up for bid, then one table will close each half hour.
An item is offered for bid at a minimum price. You may open the bid by
writing down the minimum bid and your bid number. If someone wants to bid
higher than you, they write their bid number and new bid down below yours. The bids are to be raised in increments that are specified on the Bid Sheet. When the table closes, the highest/last bidder gets the item
for the last price on the Bid Sheet.

WHEN YOU LEAVE
You can retrieve any items that you won from a table when the table has been closed and inspected. There will be a cashier to verify and tally your purchases. The cashier will give you any gift cards/certificates that are yours. If you cannot stay until the end and you have been the highest bidder on something, we will save your purchases and contact you for payment/pickup.

All proceeds go to Golden Heart Christian School!
