Katerina Vrana - "Staying Alive (i nearly died, you know)"

Katerina Vrana, one of Greece's top stand-up comedians, is coming to the UK on March 1, 2024, with her hit show "Staying Alive (I nearly died, you know)."
Experience the most entertaining and uplifting story of nearly dying you’ve ever heard! The show has consistently sold out in Greece since 2019, and in February 2023, every city on its European tour sold out.

Before 2017, Katerina did stand-up in both Greek and English globally, with sold-out shows in Athens, London, and at the Edinburgh Fringe and Melbourne International Comedy Festivals. CNN featured her in its "Female Comedians To Watch" list, and in 2016, she took third place in the Laugh Factory's "Funniest Person in the World" competition.

In April 2017, while touring in Malaysia, Katerina fell seriously ill and nearly died. Her recovery has been slow and, as she puts it, extremely dull. She got back on stage in 2019, delayed only by that annoying pandemic.

Balancing performing and rehabilitation, Katerina faces challenges with her balance, movement, eyesight, and speech, while her hearing and hair remain unaffected.
