Northampton Half Marathon

A tour of Northampton's heritage. Starting at the historic Guildhall, touring the town centre, parks and countryside abefore an inspiring finish in the shadow of the recently restored Delapre Abbey

Northampton Half Marathon is back for it's seventh year and is established as the town's showcase running event, as well as more charities and local communities getting involved

The Town Centre start will be in the shadow of the historic Guildhall and loops out to the race course, the town's home of park running, before returning to the Guildhall and then taking in the Shoemakers Museum and the Dernagte Theatre before heading out of town for some picturesque countryside running and an inspiring finish on the front lawn at the recently restored Delapre Abbey making a terrific backdrop for the Northampton Half Marathon.

With close proximity to junction 15 of the M1 travel to and from the event is straightforward.

Importantly, the race has become a platform for many charities, raising funds for good causes.
