Touch Sculpture Again on International Sculpture Day
This is the 7th International Sculpture Day event hosted by sculptor T Barny. Post vaccination we can not only touch our families, but we can also touch sculpture again. T Barny brings a variety of local sculpture to one outside environment so people can experience a kaleidoscope of 3-D art. The sculpture ranges from the folk art assemblage of Hap Sakwa to the abstract stonework of T Barny. It includes ceramic sculptors Joel Bennett and Peter Crompton, as well as metal sculpture by Rick Butler and Don Ajello. In addition to food and drinks, visitors can talk to the sculptors, play 'sculpture touching' games, and read about the various approaches these artists take in their creative process. This event takes place outside of Healdsburg in Sonoma County, California.
