Zen Buddhist Meditation

The opportunity to learn and practice Serene Reflection Meditation (Soto Zen) is being offered in downtown Winslow on Bainbridge Island. The meditation group meets every Saturday morning from 10:45-11:45.

Please use the side door by the gift shop. Meetings will include meditation, recitation of Dogen's Rules for Meditation, a short Dharma talk, and Q&A. Rev. Master Basil Singer of Seattle Dharma Refuge leads the Bainbridge Island Meditation Group.
